A delicate and refined cake made of carefully selected ingredients, prepared by hand in our kitchen. Insertion of mascarpone gelato and Irish coffee gelato with whiskey, two layers of sweet sponge biscuits infused with marsala, amaretto and coffee syrup. The sweet sponge biscuit base is crispy, with chocolate and hazelnut paste, and the topping is made of noble cocoa. 1 kg +/- 10%
