Delivery & Return

Unilateral termination. Customers have the right to notify us by e-mail at contact@friddi.com, that they wish to cancel the purchase, without penalties and without giving reasons, within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, but only for products that are not likely to deteriorate or expire quickly (for which there is no possibility of being returned once customers have taken possession of them). The return of the products will be made without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the customers communicated to us the decision to return the products. In this case, customers will bear the direct costs of returning the products and the costs related to the decrease in the value of the products resulting from their handling. Products destroyed during transport or with physical changes are not accepted. Therefore, customers are asked to keep the packaging in which they received the product and return it in the same packaging. The cost of returning the products will be borne by the customers.

We will refund the value of the products returned by payment order, within 14 days from the date on which we were informed about the decision to return the products. If, within this period, the return of the products did not take place, we will postpone the refund until the date of receipt of the products that were the subject of sale or until the receipt of proof from customers that the products have been sent to us, taking into account the closest date. Although the law does not provide for this, we will accept the return of products purchased by legal entities, under the same conditions as in the case of individuals.

Non-compliant products. The products delivered by us benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity. In case of non-compliance, the customer has the right to request, free of charge, the replacement of the product within a period of time that will be agreed by the customer, taking into account the purpose for which it was requested. The set period of time will not exceed 15 calendar days from the date on which the non-conformity of the product was notified to us or the non-compliant product was handed over to us. If the replacement of the product cannot take place within the set period, then the order will be canceled and the value of the order will be refunded.

 

Products delivered by mistake. If customers have been delivered a product other than the one ordered, please let us know as soon as possible, in order to return the product and replace it with the right one. All the return and delivery costs will be borne by us.

Legal guarantee of conformity. The products sold through this site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity according to art. 6 paragraph (1) lit. l) of GEO 34/2014 and art. 5-18 of Law no. 449/2003.

 

Procedure of return. If the customer wishes to return a product within the 14 days mentioned above, he is asked to follow the following steps:

 

1. Sending the intention to return to the e-mail address contact@friddi.com.

 

2. Delivery of the undamaged product, with all accessories and a copy of the invoice. All of these must be packed.

 

3. Shipping the product by any method of transport desired by the customer (eg: express courier, Romanian Post, etc.) to the address 4, Vasile Alecsandri Street, Landmark B Building, District 1, Bucharest, specifying on the package "Product return". The customer is responsible for the packaging of the product and the necessary documents for shipment.

 

4.  By law, refund expenses are borne by the customer. If the customer sends the package with payment upon delivery, we will deduct the shipping cost from the amount due.

According to GEO 34/2014, the value of your order will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the return notification. If, within this period, the return of the products did not take place, we will postpone the refund until the date of receipt of the products that were the subject of sale or until the time of receipt of proof from the customer that the products have been sent to us, taking into account the closest date. The money will be returned by the same payment method as in the original order, unless the customer wants to change the payment method.
