In Friddi's lab, we turn the finest ingredients into a selection of 100% natural artisan gelato and sorbetto. Some of them are organic and PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) certified, such as Bronte pistachio, Piedmont hazelnuts or Madagascar vanilla, as well as the organic pasteurized milk that we use in our entire range of gelato (milk-based assortments).
The sorbetto range includes assortments made of fruits, such as mango with passion fruit, strawberries, apricots, wild berries, lemon, but also chocolate - all vegan, lactose-free, egg-free, free from any ingredients of animal origin and gluten-free.
At Friddi we pay special attention to chocolate, so we brought the exclusive Domori chocolate for the first time in Romania. Domori is a brand recognized for its mission to save the rarest varieties of cocoa and the first company in the industry to control the quality of the entire supply chain, from the cocoa plantations in Central and South America to the final production of the bean-to-bar chocolate.
Friddi’s menu also includes tiramisu and affogato, an iconic beverage based on espresso and vanilla gelato, as well as specialty coffee and prosecco.
